The second engine is the one found in the ActiveHybrid 7 version which is a 3.0-liter twin turbocharged inline six-cylinder hybrid engine. This power plant gives up a net 350 horsepower and 360 lb.-ft. of torque to give very nice power to the car. This setup gives owners a fuel efficiency of 22 city/30 hwy mpg to enjoy.

Third in this lineup is a 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel inline six-cylinder engine which is under the hood lf the 740Ld. This engine offers 255 horsepower and a strong 413 lb.-ft. of torque along with bringing in a very nice 23 city/31 hwy mpg for owners to gain some savings at the pump.

Moving up in size to the 750 model the engine found is a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that offers a very nice 445 horsepower and 480-lb.-ft. of torque. This version still offers nice fuel mileage coming in at 17 city/25 hwy mpg for the RWD model and 16 city/24 hwy mpg for the AWD version.

The largest engine in the group is 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine which is under the hood of the 760 model. This powerful engine gives a strong 535 horsepower and 550 lb.-ft. of torque. This huge beast gives a still amazing 13 city/20 hwy mpg of fuel mileage to enjoy when paired with the transmission.

Finally, the most powerful offering for the 7 Series is the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine in the Alpina B7 which offers a very strong 540 horsepower and 538 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine gives a nice fuel efficiency which comes in at 16 city/25 hwy mpg for the RWD model and 16 city/24 hwy mpg for the AWD version.

Inside and outside the 7 Series offers a huge amount of comfort, style, grace and exceptional design for all owners to fully enjoy the height of BMW’s offerings. Standard equipment for this car isn’t so much standard for other models, but with this price range these features are expected. This list includes 4-zone climate control, a heated steering wheel, a navigation system, and a 16-speaker audio system with two subwoofers, adaptive headlights; BMW’s driving dynamics control, Bluetooth connectivity, USB inputs, BMW Online, BMW Apps, eight airbags and BMW Assist with emergency services.
