The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Rocks Star: a Marriage of Mopar Parts

We love the Wrangler. That statement is almost as short and to the point as a Jeep press release where they would rather see their Wrangler do the talking for itself rather than tell you all about it. The Rubicon model that made its way to Geneva recently gave Europeans a look at what we enjoy seeing on a daily basis as this Wrangler showed off with awesome Mopar Accessories to make it a Wrangler that is loaded up with goodies to enjoy and with the yellow paint that was chosen, the Jeep stole the show over many other off road competitors, even on a turntable platform. The Complacent Era is Over

For a full decade the midsized truck segment had only a few offerings which came with little competition. With no entries from both Ford and GM, many of the automakers that still had players in this category left them to give similar features and style year over year with no changes as they sucked up the segment and brought it down from the heights it once was. The end of this era is finally over with the release of the two midsized truck offerings from GM, the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Having these two show up in the style and capability they offer has sent many of the other truck building teams back to the concept room to come up with a new look and feel for their midsized trucks to be competitive. Chevrolet To Honor Military and Veterans With Special Discounts This Memorial Day

Our Military members and Veterans are important to us. They put their lives on the line everyday to protect our life, liberty, and freedom. 2017 Will bring us a New Honda Ridgeline

The Ridgeline came in like gangbusters in a market that was saturated with full size and midsized trucks that offers excellent power but not as much of an attractive appearance as the Ridgeline. This truck which appeared on the scenes ten years ago to give us a truck that was a bit different than the rest. The Ridgeline made its way as the original unibody truck while the rest all had bed behind cab setups that nearly appeared to be completely separate and only attached by the frame underneath. (more…)

What Makes a Car Sexy?

The old saying “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” may be true in human relationships, and many of us have our opinions about what is an attractive quality in a car, but overall, most cars offer a distinct appeal. Trucks and large SUV are brash, bold and rugged for the most part, some may find that sexy, but not obviously so. Sedans are useful and some of the most sold vehicles, but for the most part not sexy at all. Sports cars can be very sexy, but with the overdone performance and the aerodynamics involved show off an attractive appearance that might have many of us feeling the ride will be over way too soon. From the Camry to the Camaro

When you want to talk about car guys, most NASCAR racers are genuine car guys at heart and love to be wrench turning garage jockeys whenever they can. Such is the case for Kyle Busch who spends several weekends each year in his Toyota Camry Sprint Series Cup car trying to ward off the other forty-two competitors and find his way to the front of the pack. The toll on his Cup car makes it impossible to use as a daily driver, not to mention the fact the Camry is not made for the street. (more…)

2016 Audi Q7 Reviewed as Boring

There's something very refreshing about reading reviews that tell it like it is. All too often we see car reviewers either giving a questionable level of love for the vehicles they review or they rip on anything and everything they can see wrong with it. Normally, it depends on the journalistic personality of the writer or publication. (more…)
