More Power Equals Faster Race Times in the Challenger

One of the most talked about cars on the market today is the Dodge Challenger. Ever since FCA put a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine under the hood of the Challenger and called it a Hellcat we’ve been in awe of this car. The first offering of this model is called the Hellcat and it’s able to offer us as much as 707 horsepower in order to give us the power we want for the ride at the track or on the road. When you see the new Formula One cars on the track this year you’ll see cars that look like they barely slow down in the corners. You couldn’t take your street car, even if it’s a sports car, and do what these cars are doing on the track. Formula E Racing is Getting Serious

The electric racing series that started out as an experiment has been around for three seasons now and is ready to make some changes for the upcoming 2018 season. This is a racing series that was started in 2014 and has been gaining ground and teams over the past few years since it began. There are more and more big names being added and teams from Jaguar, McLaren and Faraday Future have all been added to the list. There’s no doubt that attention spans have waned with the immediacy of the generation we have in our youth of today. Many want their information right now and can process it much faster and in larger quantities than was the case with older generations. In an era where everything we do is shared right now and you have to know what your friends are doing all the time, sports that we watch need to follow a similar format, or at least give us that same sense of urgency so that we can feel like the action is always immediate. When you want to talk about car guys, most NASCAR racers are genuine car guys at heart and love to be wrench turning garage jockeys whenever they can.
