The Equinox EV features a sleek, futuristic design that is sure to stand out on the road.

Designed For Everyday Driving

The new 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV is designed to deliver true SUV performance and cutting-edge technology. Chevrolet is striving to show consumers that electric doesn’t mean exclusive. The Equinox EV is sporty and refined, but it’s also affordable and capable.

The full lineup of the Equinox EV will be offered in nine exterior colors, including a two-tone theme combining blue and white. A two-tone interior theme will also be available. When the full lineup drops next year, there will be five trims available. The base trim is expected to be very affordable while still including desirable features like an 11-inch infotainment screen.

The 2LT trim adds heated front seats and a larger 17.7-inch infotainment screen. Step up to the 3LT trim and you’ll get a power liftgate and panoramic sunroof. The highest RS trims include more luxury features like a Bose stereo system and dual-zone climate control.

A roomy and modern interior filled with cutting-edge tech will define the new Equinox EV. Like the regular Equinox, the EV model features a spacious cabin with available luxury features like leather upholstery, heated seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The Equinox EV also delivers a collection of modern tech, including a base 11-inch touchscreen and a 17.7-inch screen on higher trims.

You won’t find too many physical controls in the Equinox EV as they’ve mostly been replaced with various touchscreens and the semi-autonomous driving system Super Cruise. The interior design has some similarities to the current Blazer EV in terms of layout and features vs. the original Equinox. The roomy Equinox EV can hold up to 57 cubic feet of cargo.

Equinox EV Highlights

The Equinox EV features an expressive design that expands on the original Equinox. The LT and RS trim lines are billed as two separate personalities of the Equinox EV. You can outfit the LT trim with a two-tone white roof and the RS with a black roof. The Ultium Platform is the driving force behind the Equinox EV.

One of the cutting-edge features of the Equinox EV is its presence-based technology. For example, the presence-based liftgate opens automatically when it senses the presence of the vehicle’s key. Similarly, walk-up lighting is standard.

A FWD system is standard with an estimated 210 horsepower and 242 pound-feet of torque. A more powerful AWD system is also available that makes 290 horsepower and 346 pound-feet of torque.

300 miles of range will be available on every Equinox EV model. It’s standard on every trim except the base trim with FWD. The AWD system is also available on every model and offers 280 miles of range.
