Land Speed Record Holders in Britain Offer a Unique Look

The British have had a serious obsession with holding, keeping and improving upon the land speed records for some time. In a new museum, three of their superfast, not meant for the streets, cars will be on display in a museum (well, two cars and one replica) to honor these feats. The Thrust 2, Thrust SSC and Bloodhound are all to be showcased, giving the world a look at these awesome, power hungry vehicles. The Bloodhound is a replica as this car has not completed its mission as of yet, which is to simply break 1,000 mph in 2016, sounds easy enough right? SUVs are notorious for having less than stellar ratings for their infant seat compatibility. So much effort is put into designing for comfort that not enough attention is paid to the kids. After all, infants can't buy vehicles and shoppers aren't always sure how to make sure their car seats are secure. The 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee scored perfectly on its ratings from Cars.com, other than getting a "B" rating for their booster seat compatibility. This is to be expected; booster seats have always been a challenge for car makers due to the strange way that seat belts must work with them while still being comfortable for adults in the back seat. It’s been a constant battle for many years all over the world for the Police Force to continually have cars that are built to chase down the fastest of criminals as well as offer the protection needed of any of the men or women in blue to stay as protected as they can.
