A document needs to be signed by both the buyer and the dealer and then notarized. Dodge won’t schedule a build until it receives the document, which states what the buyer paid for the vehicle. If they paid MSRP or under, the build will get priority scheduling. If they paid over, they’ll just have to wait. Buyers who pay extra will go to the end of the line, and their cars will be the last to come off the production line and make it to their Dodge dealer for pickup.
