2016 BMW 2-Series: Entry Leve Excitement

Often you don’t hear about a car, even a luxury one being exciting at the entry level position. The BMW 2-Series certainly is an exciting car to drive and one you can have a lot of fun in. Another Step Toward Autonomous Driving

As we have discussed at length what autonomous driving will mean for the automotive market the ability to drive a vehicle without a driver has yet to be fully developed, but other technologies have come from the research.  We have Tesla with their semi-autonomous driving one road with well-marked lines and other luxury vehicles with similar features but BMW gives us a new and different type of autonomous feature for us to admire and eventually enjoy in other models.  This new technology is found in the BMW 7-Series and allows for the control of some features via gestures. Partnership is a Possibility

When we see car companies team up the results often can be simply amazing.  When it comes to two of the most lauded names in the business that have developed technologies and systems that are being recognized as the perfect blend of elements the car should be out of this world.  Currently the talks are that two of our favorite names will pair up to design and offers a car that will be the best of both worlds in a way that will generate excitement and possibly give us the next supercar for us to love and admire. Who Knows Fuel Cells Better?

Whenever we have new technology on the market in the automotive world we are quick to find many who try to mimic this tech and build something that is better or more advanced.  This has been the case throughout history, not only in the automotive industry, but across all industry.  Currently the Tesla models show us a version of the fuel cell that we have not come across before.  Not only did they perfect the actual fuel cell to such a point of dispelling any need for a gasoline backup (which really could be useful) but they used the fuel cell to balance out the weight of the vehicles by using the whole floorboard for the system.
