The Global Demand Required Change

Mazda announced in December their move of the CX-3 crossover production to the Hofu Plat No.1 in Yamaguchi, Japan. While the CX-3 is still becoming a hot seller in the US, the worldwide demand for this SUV has grown exponentially since the vehicle has become a global product. With this move Mazda hopes to be able to meet the demand for this product and have a more flexible production system in order to meet the continually increasing demand for their impressive SUVs that are fun to drive and active on the road which consumers love. Changes to Mazda Strategy Resulted in Decreases; Leadership Unconcerned
