For this new model year Kia has brought us the Kona that we already admire and enjoy and now they have chosen to bring is the new Kia Stonic to be the next new offering for us.
The Stonic is a subcompact crossover SUV that uses the already wonderful design and sculpture that we’ve fallen in love with over the years. This SUV looks like a Kia, and it takes on the “tiger nose” grill while also giving us a gorgeous two-tone exterior paint scheme, but it has it’s own distinctive style in the way that it’s brother, Kia Soul, has as well. With this unique paint scheme, you’ll be able to have the Stonic in twenty different color combination when its offered on the market and becomes the new subcompact SUV that you want to drive and admire out on the road in your area.
Under the hood of this small SUV, you’ll see the 1.0-liter T-GDI turbocharged three-cylinder engine to start with. This engine puts out 118 horsepower and offers you the efficiency you’re after. Another engine offered will be the 1.4-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine the third one offered will be a 1.6-liter diesel. These engines will all be offered with a standard manual transmission and a large number of great safety features including Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alerts, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Departure Warning to give you the drive that you want to enjoy on the road.
The goal with the New Kia Stonic is to put ergonomics and technology in the forefront of our driving experience.
