When you shut the door of your vehicle and head out for a drive you expect your door to remain shut while you’re on the road until you park and are ready to get out of the vehicle at the destination you choose. Detailing the Recall
The models from Ford that are being recalled are the F-150 pickup trucks from the 2015-2017 model years and the 2017 Super Duty models. This recall amounts to about 1.3 million trucks that need to be brought in to have the doors checked to make sure the problem isn’t present. The problem with the doors is the actuation cable which can bend or become a hazard to cause the doors to either not open at all or keep them from closing properly and fully engage the way they are supposed to.
